Further Information
The History of Coagh booklet lists Private Thomas Howe as having served with the Canadian Expeditionary Force in the war.
Brothers Private Robert Howe and Sergeant Charles Howe had another brother called Thomas Howe.
Because Robert Howe had emigrated to, and enlisted from Canada, it is strongly suspected that this is the third brother to enlist. However, no evidence can be found to substantiate this. No newspaper report mentions a third brother serving.
