Robert MacKeown was the son of James and Mary Jane McKeown. Samuel McKeown and Mary Jane McCotter were married on 31st October 1872 in the district of Ballymoney.
Robert C MacKeown was born on 7th September 1882. He was one of at least eight children, all born in the Coagh area.
